Cam has always been noisy--but hasn't really attempted to talk until the past couple of weeks. It seems like all of a sudden he has figured out that he can copy the sounds we make (and that it helps him get what he wants).
Here are a few of the words he uses so far:
1. Ball--this was his first recognizable word. He LOVES balls, so it is no surprise.
2. Daddy--he has said "dada" and "mama" for awhile, but now he says Daddy in a very excited tone!
3. 'Naaaac (snack)--this word is also always yelled excitedly and is used for any kind of food
4. Nana (banana)--one of his favorite foods
5. Uh-oh--said every time he (purposely) drops something
He regularly signs "more" and "eat" both of which he learned in the nursery at church. He also uses the "eat" sign for Mickey Mouse because he thinks that mouse and mouth are the same. Haha.
